0 days agoI am extremely grateful to Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, P.C. for their excellent work in helping me obtain an IRS Transfer Certificate. After my husband passed away, I had to obtain this certificate in connection with an IRA account he had left at a bank in the United States. I initially started the process on my own from Puerto Rico and submitted the required documents to the IRS. Unfortunately, after more than a year, I was still unable to resolve the matter or communicate effectively with the IRS. I found Attorney Ariel Rosenzveig through a YouTube video where he explained the IRS Transfer Certificate process. I decided to retain the firm, and it was one of the best decisions I made. They reviewed my case, resubmitted the necessary documents, and successfully completed the process. Within approximately three months, I received the IRS Transfer Certificate approving the transfer of the funds to the heirs. I am truly thankful for the professionalism, knowledge, and dedication of the entire firm. Special thanks to David N. Menchaca and Attorney Ariel Rosenzveig for their excellent work and personal attention to my case. I highly recommend Ely J. 15 days agoWorking with Ariel Rosenzveig on my parents’ estate planning was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ariel was professional, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step so my parents felt comfortable and never rushed. He and his team executed all the necessary documents — wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and trusts for Medicaid planning — with care and precision. I would highly recommend Ariel and his team to anyone who needs estate or elder-law planning done the right way.

He helped us navigate my mother’s elder care and estate planning and continued to support me through the process of handling her estate after her passing. Ariel was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and compassionate throughout every step. 63 days agoWe had an excellent experience working with this firm in establishing a Supplemental Needs Trust for our children. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during what can be an overwhelming process for families. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood each step along the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care for our family made a complicated legal process feel much more manageable. 66 days agoMy husband and I had a great experience working with Ariel and his team, they were very detailed oriented and explained everything thoroughly.. this was not an easy task for us, however, Ariel Was able to go over all the details so that it was not so overwhelming. I would highly recommend working with them.
70 days agoMy husband and I have three grown sons and five grandchildren. We were very concerned about the possibility of one or both of us eventually requiring full-time care which would eat up the savings we had hoped to leave for the younger generation. We also didn't know how to leave an inheritance for our youngest son who's on disability and isn't permitted to have more than $2,000 in the bank. From the first day we met Ariel and Nicole, I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and patience in explaining everything to us as they set up a trust for my husband and me, as well as a supplemental needs trust for our son. I'm happy to give Ariel and Nicole a 5-star rating for doing all this so that now I can have true peace of mind.

108 days agoI worked with Ariel Rosenzveig and Nicole Larossi at this firm. I was very impressed with thier expertise, attention to detail and responsiveness. I hired this firm for a medicaid application for my mom. The process was very technical, required a great deal of information and took months to complete. Ariel and Nicole took the lead on the entire process and worked closely with me to work through all the logistics and documentation needed. There is no way I could have done this without their expertise and support. I would highly recommend using them.

When it came time to make an estate plan for us, there was no other law firm that we would consider, but Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates, P.
